My name is Beth Fawcett, and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) who holds a Master in Counselling Psychology as well as a Mater in Adult Education. My approach is compassionate, grounded, and collaborative. I believe people already have an innate capacity for healing and growth, even when that capacity feels out of reach. In our work together, we gently explore patterns in your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and relationships, while making space for different parts of you and your experience to be seen, understood, and integrated. A key focus is supporting greater self-awareness and self-compassion so that change emerges naturally and in alignment with your values. I also support clients in developing practical skills for nervous system regulation and greater awareness of the body’s signals, helping you feel more grounded, resourced, and connected to yourself.
My approach draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed parts work, somatic and embodied approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and values-based work. Together, we will tailor our approach to best fit your needs and goals.
I believe that healing is about reconnecting with your inherent wholeness, strengths, and internal resources. As this connection deepens, greater clarity, choice, and alignment can emerge.
